Hi, I’m Amanda Burtch

A woman with short brown hair, wearing a sleeveless black top, is smiling and holding her chest with one hand while leaning against a weathered white wall with peeling paint and some vines.

I’m an educator and wellness provider based in Atlanta, GA. I specialize in body-mind integration through Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Bodywork. My dedicated practice is an ever-evolving craft.

I have been a student of yoga since 2012, a teacher since 2017, a yoga therapist since 2023, and Thai yoga bodywork practitioner since 2025.

A curious old soul at heart, I am passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and small groups who are navigating disconnection, grief, loneliness, or just feeling stuck in life. I believe that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about learning how to be present with the full spectrum of our lived experiences—holding space for the bitter just as much as the sweet.

I embrace my own humanness by staying active, spending time in nature, cultivating playfulness, enjoying quiet mornings with coffee and a book, delighting in time with loved ones, and practicing the art of meeting myself—and others—with an open mind and a kind heart.
